my room was well-maintained, reasonably priced and with big bed. the location was perfect, not too far from a sprawling suburban beach. the staff were responsive, it was a bonus.
The hotel staff was extremely bad.

The beach was right there, and we checked out the Royal Opera House and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum, highlights. The staff was friendly, and our rooms were clean. Just a heads up, the restaurant choices could be better, but it's a solid spot for a beach getaway.
We had a bit of a hassle with the bathroom plumbing in one of our rooms. It wasn't fixed quickly despite several requests, disappointing .

- Employees very kind - free car to go to the airport
The hotel is very noisy : - birthday children party from 4 pm - planes landing - discothèque - clients arriving or leaving all the night and in the morning - housekeeper disturbing every afternoom to know if all was ok - windows not very well closes and be carrefull : they have room with very small and old bathroom

an excellent beachside hotel with easy access to parks and attractions
staying here was a treat, especially being just a short walk from juhu beach where i could enjoy morning strolls and marvel at the vibrant atmosphere, and an easy trek to joggers' park where lush greenery and jogging paths welcomed me every day.

The location, the services provided at the hotel was fair. The staff was very courteous.
(1)The food served at the hotel is of poor quality. However the manager was courteous enough to cancel the order and did not charge us. (2)Also the breakfast needs to have variety and the south Indian food that is served is below average. (3)Every room should have its own mini bar with some soft drinks and snacks. (4)Every room should have hair dryers (5)The rooms should have wifi connectivity

The location of Citizen Hotel directly on Juhu Beach was good. The staff were accommodating, helping me effortlessly navigate the hotel, especially with easy access to the ocean for leisurely strolls.
Bathroom plumbing could use faster maintenance.

The hotel location is quite far from city (main shopping areas) the service was very poor ,could not sleep due to big noise over the night despite of calling and informing the reception. Staff were not professional and never took our complains seriously, every night they have parties/weddings on the roof and the loud music is on till late night so you cannot sleep. I will never go to this hotel and not recomming it either to any one.

Family escape to a good beach
Watching the sunset from our room's window was amazing, and the kids loved the beach access right outside!
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

I've had a comfortable stay of 2 nights. The place was fairly clean and staff was amazingly nice and superfriendly. The location was lovely and stunning - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I had quick bite at Shiv Sagar, it was nearby.
